How we handle door & entryway painting
Doors take more wear than almost any other surface. We remove or mask the hardware, clean off grime, sand the old finish and prime where needed. Then we brush and roll thin, even coats so the panels look smooth with no drips.
We have refinished black steel entry doors, white colonial entries with columns, and navy storefront trim around natural wood doors. We can match an existing color or help you pick a bold new one.

Remove hardware and clean
Knobs, plates and kick plates come off or get masked, and the door gets degreased.

Sand and prime
We sand the old finish smooth and prime bare wood or metal.

Finish coats
Thin, even coats with no runs, then hardware goes back on.
