How we handle exterior painting
Exterior paint fails when the prep is rushed. We wash the surface, scrape loose paint, sand rough edges, replace failed caulk and prime bare wood and metal. That work is what makes the new paint last.
We work clean and careful around your plants, walkways and windows. Ladders and drop cloths come down at the end of each day, and we check the weather so paint never goes on a surface that is too cold or wet.

We check for peeling, rot, failed caulk and bare wood, and show you what needs attention.

Wash, scrape and prime
Loose paint comes off, gaps get caulked and bare spots get primer.

Paint in the right weather
Two coats of exterior paint, applied when temperature and moisture are right.
- 04
Final check
We walk the whole house with you and clean up chips, tape and drop cloths.
